Question by ROS: is it dangerous to use benedryll as a sedative in addition to using them for allergies?
I sleep much easier with them, is it dangerous that i do this sometimes before i sleep? Keyword it sometimes and not every night.

OMG I use benedryll everynight because I cant sleep and I've been okay... I think I'm kinda dependant on it now though. HAHA

    no not at all.here in UK you can buy them over the chemist counter as a night time sedative,50mg is the normal dose

    It is not recommended. You can become dependent on them if you're not careful.
