Question by Marie: Should I be worried about class 2 food allergies?
I just got my test results back from my RAST test. It says that I have class 2 allergies to milk and chocolate, and class 1 allergies to wheat, corn, peanut, and soy. I need to see a doctor to interpret the results, but I won't be able to get an appointment for awhile. Should I avoid the foods it says I am allergic to?

I have mostly the same allergies. I've had a few allergies for about 10 years, I recently got tested again. And have multiple food allergies My doctor says the tests are not always 100% correct. Im on a strict diet to avoid everything that reacted in my test results. After 3 weeks I add one thing at a time to see what I am actually allergic to. Ive had a hard time finding things with none of my allergies. I am going to make an appointment with a nutritionist for help.
I dont think you should change your diet until you see your doctor so your results will be more accurate.
