Calreticulin encourages tumor lymphocyte infiltration and improves the antitumor results of immunotherapy by up‐regulating the endothelial expression of adhesion molecules

To conclude, this research describes a brand new antitumor mechanism of CRT which involves the up‐regulation of tumor endothelial adhesion molecules and also the enhanced infiltration of tumor‐specific lymphocytes. Thus, CRT treatment can constitute tumor cells more susceptible to immunotherapy and enhance the therapeutic effectiveness of immunotherapy.
