Question by Farnaz a: How do I get rid of my allergies?
I have always had allergies but recently they have been getting worse. Its mostly my sinuses that are bothering me. I have tried everything including herbal medicines, home remedies, trying to keep my house dust-free and using an air purifier, but none of them have really worked or if they have only temporarily.
