I can understand the watery eyes and eye redness, but why do your ears pop?

Is it possible that you can get red eyes, dark circles under your eyes, constant ear popping and pain in the back of your head by drinking too much coffee and soda? I drink 2 medium lattes and 2 sodas a day usually.
