A twenty-one-year-ancient male patient by having an exaggerated hypersensitivity a reaction to a bug bite given to the department of emergency medicine for more evaluation. He was noted on physical examination to possess splenomegaly. The hematological bloodstream tests which were carried out were suitable for chronic myeloid leukemia (CML).
