Question by College student: What is the best OTC pain reliever for people with Aspirin allergies?
I usually take tylenol, but I am concerned about its affect on my liver. What else can I take?

Answer by Patricia CFor me it's Tylenol Extra Strength. I found this: the consensus is that the usual doses of Tylenol cause significant liver damage only rarely, or not at all in people with normal livers.
I've been taking it for years and I'm 76 with no liver damage.
